Helpful Information

• Appointments are preferred.  We will make adjustments as necessary to accommodate schedules for same day service if required, especially in the event of an emergency.
  
• Following our examination, a treatment plan will be prepared to include the proposed treatment plan and cost.  Please feel free to discuss our fees, and we will do our best to work within established budgets.
  
• The Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor does not bill.  We accept cash, checks (established clients only), all major credit cards, and Care Credit.  If special financial arrangements are necessary, they will need to be adressed before any services are rendered.
  
• Cancellations 24 hours advance notice of a cancellation is appreciated and for surgury appointments a 48 hours advanced notice of a cancellation is appreciated.
  
• Please bring your pet's medical information including medical records, and laboratory results from your previous vets.  This will avoid any unnecessary repetition.
